Rewind featured on Design Perspective // August 2020 Posted on September 9, 2020September 9, 2020 by talkistania in media, praise View this post on Instagram The featured project, Rewind located in Hyderabad is designed by Abeer Fatima of DesignAware (@designaware). This exciting project is the revival of Hyderabad’s beloved ice-cream parlor, Melting Moments. The brief called for a 50s “chock’litshoppe” inspired interior, which was reinterpreted by way of tweaking design elements to create a graphic language that’s bold and contemporary. The result was a pop-up ice-cream parlor inspired by 50s retro nostalgia and utopian inclinations. The constrained area and busy, kitschy, surrounding context lend perspective and contrast to the space, and the entire building facade and frontage become a part of the finished space, with repetitive motifs binding the entire design. #designperspective #interiorinspirations #interiordesignstudio #instainteriors #interiordesigner #archidesign #architecturedetails #interiorstying #moderninteriors #interiorsphotography #interiordesign #interiorarchitect #worldofinteriors #moderninteriors #interiorsphotography #interiorlovers A post shared by Design Perspective 2020 (@designperspective_) on Aug 15, 2020 at 10:34pm PDT
