As a part of a series of designs inspired by origami and tailoring, HexaFlex is a dynamic pouf in the form of a hexaflexagon. Flexagons are flat models, usually constructed by folding strips of paper, that can be flexed or folded in certain ways to reveal faces besides the two that were originally on the back and front. Various experiments with different materials and at different scales led to the design of a soft furnishing piece that is dynamic and ever-changing.
